About the catalogue

We've run this catalogue at twelve products for close to a decade

Velaxmora sells creams, oils, cleansers and small home-care sets, by inquiry rather than checkout. We have never grown the list past twelve, and this page explains why, and who you're actually talking to when you call.

Who's actually behind it

Velaxmora is the trading name of a small catalogue business based in Austin, Texas, operating from 61 Market Street, Office 12, Austin, Texas 91496. It is not a spa chain and not a subscription box operator — it is a household-goods catalogue that lists twelve skincare and home-care products and takes inquiries by phone, email or the form on this site.

There's no storefront to walk into. The address above is where the team works and packs, and it's a real office, not a mail drop. If you'd rather talk than type, the phone number in the footer rings through to the same people who write the ingredient lists.

What we actually do

We sell a fixed list of twelve items — three creams and balms, three facial and body oils, three cleansers, and three home-care sets — and we describe each one in the order its ingredients are mixed, not in marketing language. Nobody here formulates in-house; we choose finished products from suppliers who will tell us the mixing order and stand behind it, then we write the listing ourselves, in plain sentences, after using the product at home first. The question that comes up most is about the night cream, which carries shea butter as its second ingredient — people want to know if that's really where it sits on the label, and it is.

Every jar or bottle ships in the box it arrives in from the supplier. No inner sleeve, no shredded paper filler. Gift wrap only happens if you ask — the Guest Bathroom Set is the one that leaves here already arranged as a small skincare gift set, tray and all. We answer questions about what's in a formula and whether it suits a particular skin — including telling you it probably doesn't, if that's the honest answer — and we take the order over the phone, by email, or through the inquiry form here. There is no cart on this site and no price is charged automatically; every figure quoted is confirmed with you before anything ships.

We don't run seasonal drops or collaborate with influencers. We don't add a thirteenth product until one of the current twelve is retired. That discipline is what keeps an everyday home care routine simple: twelve items one team can vouch for personally, not forty that blur together on a shelf.

“We keep twelve products. Not forty. Twelve.

That line isn't a slogan somebody workshopped. It's what gets said, more or less verbatim, every time a supplier pitches us a thirteenth item. A forty-item catalogue means a team that can no longer tell you, from memory, what's second on the ingredient list of the thing you're holding. Twelve means we still can.

The number is a ceiling we chose on purpose, back when the catalogue started, and we've held it since — adding a new hand cream has always meant retiring an old one, not padding the shelf.

What that means in practice

Small enough to say no

If a caller wants the Starter Home Set and their skin sounds like it needs the plain Cream Cleanser and nothing else, we'll say so, and we'll usually suggest the cheaper single item over the boxed set. That costs us a sale sometimes. It also means the people who do buy a set bought the right one.

No formula secrecy

Every listing states its ingredient order and its jar or bottle size. If a customer's skin reacts to citrus oil, that's named on the label as citrus oil, not folded into the word "fragrance." We won't claim a product is "clinically proven" or give it an invented percentage — the supplier's documentation and our own use are what we go on.

Twelve items, on purpose

We turn down products that would make a thirteenth item unless something else comes off the list first. That keeps the catalogue small enough for two or three people to know every jar personally, which is the entire premise of buying from a short list instead of a long one.

How to reach a person

Call +1 (894) 555-9475 or write to office@velaxmora.com. Both go to the same small team who pack the orders and write the listings — not a call centre and not a ticketing queue. We pick up the phone and answer email ourselves rather than routing you through anyone else, and we'd rather take five extra minutes on a call than sort out a return later.

Post reaches us at 61 Market Street, Office 12, Austin, Texas 91496, United States, though we'd ask you to call or email first — it's a working office, not a front counter set up for visitors.

For a specific product question, the contact page has the full inquiry form, or see frequently asked questions for ordering and ingredient basics before you call.

If you want to see what the twelve products actually are before you call, the full catalogue lists all four groups with photographs and ingredient order for each one.
