How ordering works
An inquiry turns into a delivered jar in four plain steps, no cart involved.
There's no basket icon on this site and nothing to check out. You tell us what you're after — a single jar, a set for your own everyday home care routine, or a gift — and a person answers with a real quote and, if it's right, a delivery date. This page is the whole sequence, start to finish, so nothing about the process is a surprise.
Basis of the quote
Every quote is per item — per jar, tube, bottle, box, pouch or tray — based on the size and quantity you ask for. We don't publish a price list on the site because a quote also depends on delivery address and quantity, but we'll give you a real number before you agree to anything, not a range designed to be revised upward later.
The four steps
Each step below is something that actually happens, with a rough sense of when — not a marketing sequence dressed up to look longer than it is.
-
01
You send an inquiry, not an order.
Use the form on the contact page, call +1 (894) 555-9475, or email office@velaxmora.com. Tell us which product or set you're considering, where it's headed, and anything about your skin worth knowing — dry patches, a known sensitivity, a set you're buying as a gift. That's the entire "checkout": a message, not a payment screen.
The form asks for your name, phone, email and delivery address so we can reply properly, plus a note field for the actual question. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved at this stage.
-
02
A person replies, usually within one business day.
We read every inquiry ourselves — there's no automatic quote generator standing between your message and a real answer. If a product genuinely isn't a good match for what you've described, we say so and suggest the one that is, even if it's the cheaper option. That's happened often enough that it's part of how the catalogue stayed at twelve items instead of forty.
The reply includes the price basis for what you asked about, a size or set breakdown if it's a set, and an honest estimate of when it would ship.
-
03
You confirm, and the order is packed by hand.
Once you confirm you'd like to go ahead, we pack the order at the same table where the small-batch testing happens. Everything ships in the box or pouch it's packed in — no inner sleeve, no shredded paper filler standing in for real protection. A jar that needs cushioning gets wrapped in the same linen we'd use in a photograph, not bubble wrap dyed to look premium.

04
It ships, and we tell you when to expect it.
You get a shipping notice with a carrier and an estimated arrival window when the parcel leaves Austin. If something about the delivery address or timing needs to change after that, reply to the same thread — we don't route follow-ups through a separate support system.
Step three, in practice
Packed at the same table, taped shut by hand.
This is the packing table any order that's confirmed moves through — the same one used to mix small test batches. There's no separate warehouse line and no fulfillment center; if a set is going out to three addresses in one week, it's still packed one at a time, by someone who can tell you what's inside it if you called right then.
We won't rush a delivery date just to hit an advertised turnaround. If a busy week means five business days instead of two, we say five days, and we say it in the reply before you confirm — not after the parcel is late.
Before you write to us
Four things worth knowing before you send an inquiry, so the reply you get back is useful the first time.
-
Have a size in mind, even roughly
A single jar for one person and a starter home set for a household are different quotes. Say which you're picturing and we'll confirm or suggest an alternative.
-
Mention any known sensitivity
Chamomile, aloe and citrus oils all appear somewhere in the catalogue. If you already know one bothers your skin, say so up front and we'll route you around it.
-
Give a real delivery address
We ship within the United States from Austin, Texas. A complete address in the first message means one fewer round trip before we can quote a timeline.
-
Ask about a set versus buying separately
Sometimes a home skincare set is the better value, sometimes two full-size jars work out cheaper than a set with a size you won't use. A guest bathroom tray also works as a small skincare gift set for someone else's shelf, not just your own — say who it's for and we'll tell you which is the better fit, even if it means quoting you less.
